About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Kitchenhand to join our team at the Adelaide Cemeteries Authority in Clearview, South Australia. This part-time role will see you playing a key part in the smooth operation of our kitchen, supporting our catering staff in delivering exceptional service to our clients and visitors.
What you'll be doing
Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation, including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
Setting up and packing down workstations as needed
Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Adhering to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
What we're looking for
Prior experience as a Kitchenhand or similar role in the hospitality industry
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Excellent communication and customer service skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
A passion for delivering high-quality food and service
