About the Role

The Injury Management Officer will provide administrative support to the broader Injury Management team relating to the processing of new claims, claims and injury management, advice to Principals, Managers and external stakeholders, and in particular processing of workers compensation payments and entitlements.

Period of Appointment

Ongoing - ASAP Start Date

Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.

Hours per fortnight

73.5 hours per fortnight

Essential Requirements

• Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)

Desirable Requirements

• Appropriate qualifications with an understanding of the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.
