About You10+ years’ experience in structural design within a consulting environment
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or higher) and CPEng accreditation
Strong project management skills across complex building projects
Proven leadership with a genuine interest in mentoring others
Ability to foster a positive, high-performing team culture
Excellent client management and business development skills
Deep local market knowledge and established Melbourne connections
Strategic mindset with the drive to influence direction and growth
Deliver practical, economical and buildable engineering solutions
Prepare designs, documentation, reports and specifications to client standards
Lead delivery across diverse and complex building types
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and partners
Manage budgets, timelines and technical documentation
Contribute to overall project performance and profitability
Oversee financial, technical and contractual project aspects
Mentor and develop junior engineers
Support business development and tender submissions
Promote collaboration, innovation and technical excellence
