About You
  • 10+ years’ experience in structural design within a consulting environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or higher) and CPEng accreditation

  • Strong project management skills across complex building projects

  • Proven leadership with a genuine interest in mentoring others

  • Ability to foster a positive, high-performing team culture

  • Excellent client management and business development skills

  • Deep local market knowledge and established Melbourne connections

  • Strategic mindset with the drive to influence direction and growth

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver practical, economical and buildable engineering solutions

  • Prepare designs, documentation, reports and specifications to client standards

  • Lead delivery across diverse and complex building types

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and partners

  • Manage budgets, timelines and technical documentation

  • Contribute to overall project performance and profitability

  • Oversee financial, technical and contractual project aspects

  • Mentor and develop junior engineers

  • Support business development and tender submissions

  • Promote collaboration, innovation and technical excellence
