You’ll be walking into a beautifully run department led by a supportive and hands-on Head of Property Management, with a well-structured POD system, strong back-end support, and room to grow long term.

About the Role: - Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties (based on experience)
- Liaise with landlords and tenants – purely relationship management
- No trust accounting, no arrears follow-up, and no routine inspections
- Leasing, admin, and compliance managed by support staff
- Full access to modern systems and structured processes
What You’ll Need: - Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Property Management
- Certificate of Registration (ESSENTIAL)
- Strong communication and client service skills
- A solutions-focused and team-oriented attitude
