About The OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled sales associate to join our team, assisting the principal across the entire sales process from appraisals to settlement. Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the principal with appointments and vendor communications

Conducting database and appraisal follow-ups
-
Attending open homes and private inspections (Saturday availability required)

Writing effective property advertisements with strong written and verbal skills

Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
The successful candidate will have:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate sales

A valid real estate salesperson certificate (QLD)
-
A current driver’s licence
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong ambition, passion for real estate, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
