About the role
We’re looking for an energetic and hands-on Food and Beverage Coordinator to take a leading role in the delivery of high-quality service across our functions, events, and daily operations.
Reporting to the Venue Operations Manager, you’ll coordinate and supervise food and beverage service, lead a team of passionate staff, and work closely with our kitchen and events teams to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and exceptional experience.
This is a dynamic role that combines operational leadership, team development, and a strong focus on customer service and quality.

This is a full time, fixed term position (2 years)
About you
You’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and knows how to bring out the best in a team. You have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You’ll also bring:
Previous experience in a food and beverage leadership or supervisory role
Strong customer service skills and point-of-sale experience
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
A positive, hands-on approach to work and team collaboration
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Supervise and support food and beverage staff during daily service and events
Ensure guests consistently receive outstanding service
Oversee function and event room setup and pack down
Manage inventory levels, ordering, stock rotation, and equipment
Train and mentor food and beverage team members
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Handle cash and payment transactions accurately
Contribute to continuous improvement in operations and service delivery
Certificate/diploma qualifying in tourism, hospitality, events, or other relevant field is highly desirable
RSA Certificate
First Aid Certificate
DHS Working With Children Check
South Australian Class C Driver's Licence
Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment

Salary range is between $83,751 - 89,871 plus superannuation guarantee and will be negotiated commensurate with skills, experience and qualifications.
