Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage a tidy portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties
Act as the primary contact for landlords and tenants, building strong, trusting relationships
Handle day-to-day property management tasks with the support of a capable admin team
Participate in a rotating Saturday roster—just once every 4 to 6 weeks
Deliver exceptional service and maintain the agency’s strong reputation
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in residential property management (anywhere from 1 to 5+ years experience will be considered
A current Agent’s Representative Certificate
A full driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, team-first attitude with the ability to collaborate with senior staff
