As 2IC to the top seat you'll have an end-to-end remit, overseeing a small team across financial control and governance, and play a pivotal role in it's evolution as as value add, business-facing function.
You'll play a key role in developing dashboarding to provide insights and support decision making, perform financial modelling for business casing initiatives, M&A & strategic projects
You'll also be accountable to work towards best practice in finance systems and processes as a springboard for future business growth
About you
- Are a career high achiever interested in a pathway to HOF>CFO
- Possess a solid foundation in financial control however have found your flair in commercial finance and driving business insights and decision making
- Savvy with systems and have demonstrated a penchant for innovation of processes
- Previous experience in growth orientated or scaling businesses highly regarded
- Experience in or interest in BI tools also a bonus
