We’re seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join a reputable commercial builder delivering a series of fit out and refurbishment projects across Central Sydney (Camperdown).
This is a contract role commencing in December, offering an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile education facilities alongside an experienced site team.

We’re seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join a reputable commercial builder delivering a series of fit out and refurbishment projects across Central Sydney (Camperdown).
This is a contract role commencing in December, offering an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile education facilities alongside an experienced site team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Site Manager in coordinating day-to-day site operations
- Supervise trades, manage workflow, and maintain high-quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site presentation requirements
- Assist with short-term programming and progress tracking
- Proven experience in fit out or refurbishment projects (education or live environments highly regarded)
- Trade background (carpentry preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a busy site environment
- Start: December 2025
