About the role
The Home Liaison Officer acts as the conduit between Central Service department leads and site Administration teams to ensure business systems and processes are managed effectively to mitigate transactional errors and that these systems/processes are streamlined for ease of learning and execution by our Admin teams.
You will be responsible for implementing and managing an end-to-end robust induction program and ongoing training of our Administration Officers. Work with Central Service Subject Matter Experts (SME) to ensure process or systems changes that impact our homes are captured, trained, and communicated effectively to the Admin Officers.
The Home Liaison Officer also supports the Group Head of Client Relations, as the Fundamental Lead of the Administration Officers, in all projects and initiatives impacting our Administration teams.
