Join a well-established organisation with a strong presence across multiple states, known for its supportive team culture and commitment to excellence. This is a sole-charge Credit Control role, managing your own state-based portfolio.
Your new role
This is a pure Credit Control position - no invoicing, no distractions. You'll take full ownership of collections and credit management, working closely with branches and customers to ensure timely payments and clear communication. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing collections across a state-based portfolio
- Setting up new credit applications
- Daily reporting and debtor ageing analysis
- Liaising with branches and customers to resolve queries
- Conducting regular credit limit reviews
- Reporting to Financial Controller
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for dealing with the portfolio of customers.
- Proven experience in Credit Control, ideally in a sole-charge capacity
- Ability to manage difficult conversations and resolve disputes professionally
- Strong cultural fit - team of mature, experienced professionals
