The Opportunity
We’re looking for a talented Control Systems Engineer with strong Allen-Bradley and Citect SCADA experience to join our Fortitude Valley Head Office.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering strategic automation projects for some of Australia’s largest mining companies, working across both corporate and operational environments.

You’ll have the flexibility to grow into either our Projects Team or PCS Team, depending on your career goals and interests.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and optimise control systems using Allen-Bradley PLCs and Citect SCADA
• Support automation projects from concept through to commissioning and handover
• Provide technical expertise for system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with IT and OT teams to ensure smooth system integration
• Contribute to documentation, design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

About You
• Degree-qualified in Engineering And/or sufficient hands on experience with 5+ years’ experience in Control Systems Engineering
• Proven capability in Allen-Bradley ControlLogix/CompactLogix PLC programming
• Strong hands-on experience with Citect SCADA (AVEVA)
• Exposure to other platforms such as Schneider, GE, or Siemens will be highly regarded
• Background in mining or heavy industry preferred
• Confident working across corporate and site-based environments
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach
