Key responsibilities
Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to customer locations
Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times and customer signatures
Communicate effectively with customers and respond to any delivery-related inquiries or concerns
Adhere to all relevant road traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner
What we're looking for
Valid driver's licence and experience in a delivery driver role
Strong time management and organisational skills
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently
Familiarity with the local area and understanding of efficient delivery routes
Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items
Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to work
