About the Role:
We’re seeking a qualified
Maintenance Electrician Supervisor to join the team on the
night shift. You’ll be responsible for
preventative and breakdown maintenance across a wide range of production and packaging machinery in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Shift Details: - Afternoon/Night Shift – 2:00pm start
- 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (4 on, 4 off roster)
- Some weekend work or OT may be required
Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and troubleshoot equipment including: multi-head weighers, formers, tray packers, fryers, ovens, spiral freezers, labellers, and more
- Fault-finding and repairing electrical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and general factory electrical works
- Support the production team and ensure minimal downtime
- Maintain compliance with HACCP and GMP standards
- Accurate record-keeping and report writing
What We’re Looking For: - Current NSW Electrical Contractor’s Licence
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the food or manufacturing industry
- Proven experience with PLC fault finding and controls
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must not keep birds, pigs, or chickens at your residence (biosecurity requirement)
