About the role
Join Tropical Auto Group as a Wheel Alignment Technician and play a key role in ensuring the safe operation of vehicles serviced through our Rockhampton workshop. This full-time position will see you utilising your expertise to perform precision wheel alignments and related diagnostic work.
What you'll be doing
Performing wheel alignments and related diagnostics using specialised equipment
Identifying and addressing any vehicle suspension, steering or tyre issues
Maintaining detailed records of all work undertaken
Providing customers with clear explanations of required services and recommended solution.
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience as a Wheel Alignment Technician, preferably in a workshop setting
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and rectify alignment issues
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality workmanship
Good communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues
