About the Role
As a Site Supervisor at Couzi Construction, no two days are the same. You’ll be out on the road — visiting multiple job sites, picking up materials, and ensuring each project runs smoothly from start to finish.
We’re looking for someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a hands-on approach — someone who takes pride in seeing a job done well. While you’ll be coordinating trades and keeping projects on track, you’re also not afraid to jump on the tools when needed to help the team deliver quality results.
A Typical Day Might Include:
Checking in on multiple fit-out sites to monitor progress and quality
Coordinating trades and deliveries
Picking up materials and ensuring sites have what they need
Troubleshooting issues on-site and keeping projects moving
Lending a hand on the tools when required
Communicating with clients, subcontractors, and project managers
What We’re Looking For:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in commercial fit-outs or interior construction
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
The ability to manage multiple sites efficiently
A current White Card and driver’s license is essential, and ability to drive manual
Flexibility to work occasional nights (outside retail hours)
