Located at the company’s Geebung Branch you will provide support across both administrative and customer service while working closely with the Sales Representatives assisting with both their system quotations and correspondence while managing their customer demonstration equipment needs. Your new role will see you providing customer service in a face-to-face and over the phone capacity to assist with local product enquiries. At the forefront of you daily delivery you will ensure relationships are built on trust, orders are entered accurately, any follow-up required to customers is timely to ensure positive outcomes are delivered. You will be motivated to participate in ongoing product training which will ensure you possess a high level of product knowledge that allows you to deliver on customers needs efficiently while; as an ever expanding business you will work with the wider Queensland Branch stakeholders across the warehouse and distribution areas, service and corporate to ensure that customer enquiries are quickly and effectively responded to. To ensure your success you will be a real team player, demonstrate advanced interpersonal communication skills both in a face-to-face or over the phone environment, have an incredible accuracy with your data entry while thriving on delivering excellence and results to customers and the business.
