- ABOUT THE ROLE -
Just Industries Pty Ltd supplies used and recycled golf balls for the Australian market. All golf balls are graded, processed and dispatched from our warehouse currently based in Sandgate.
We are located 50 metres from the train station and 100 metres from the main bus depot.
We are looking for a process worker with good attention to detail who will also help with our general warehouse work in the afternoons.
The job will involve 4 - 4.5 hours production work in the mornings and then general warehouse work in the afternoons.
Experience in process working roles is preferred though not essential.
Current hours are Monday - Friday with a 7:30am start with 3:30pm finish.
The start and finish time are subject to slight changes depending on business requirements.
This is a PERMANENT position.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the following:
Assisting in the management of stock integrity
Warehouse production duties in the mornings
Adhering to operational health and safety requirements
We will invest time and effort in training you, so please, we do expect applicants who are looking for long term employment. Due to the significant training involved there will be a probation period at the start of employment.
We require a minimum commitment of 18 months due to the comprehensive training programme and investment in your development.
The starting rate will be significantly above award.
