We are seeking professional Housekeepers to uphold the presentation of our short-term rental apartments across Melbourne’s inner city — including CBD, Southbank, St Kilda, South Melbourne, and South Yarra.

• Follow daily schedules and assigned tasks via our company app

• Make up beds according to Complete Host housekeeping standards

• Notice and perfect the small details that make a big difference

• Communicate promptly with management regarding extra cleaning or maintenance issues

• Vacuum, mop, dust, and clean all apartment areas including windows and surfaces

• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals safely and effectively

• Restock and prepare apartments with correct guest amenities (bathroom items, tea, coffee, etc.)

• Proven housekeeping or hospitality experience (private residence or 5-star property preferred)

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Police check and references required

• Highly organised and proactive, with strong time-management skills

• Permanent work rights or valid visa (min. 6 months validity) — no bridging visas

• Smartphone with internet access and ability to use WhatsApp for communication

• Intermediate English (minimum requirement)

• Punctual, responsible, and reliable

• Own car required for transport between properties

• Work hours: 9 am – 3 / 4 pm daily

• Required availability: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (other days optional)

• Extra work available during public holidays and peak periods

• Mandatory availability 24 Dec – 2 Jan (peak period with additional pay loading)

• $40 / hour – Monday to Friday

• $48.50 / hour – Saturday

• $57 / hour – Sunday & Public Holidays
