Airwest Services PTY LTD are a fast growing NOR based company based in Wangara . We are currently expanding our company and looking for reliable, like-minded individuals who are looking to join a great small team with a variety of work and great opportunities. We work on Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects with Installation, Service and Maintenance work keeping us diverse and always busy. We do lots of Government work and the occasional away works to remote areas around Western Australia.
We are looking for someone who wants to stick around and experience the growth of the company as it takes off to another level.
This is a diverse role which requires both residential and commercial skill in air conditioning and refrigeration to deliver installation, repairs, maintenance and product support in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out the preventative and scheduled maintenance of heating and cooling equipment with full training provided.
Installation of wall splits, ducted systems, VRF systems , ductwork and diffusion essential
Diagnose malfunctions, faults and breakdowns of the machinery and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Carry out general repairs of machinery and equipment by diagnosing and troubleshooting special service problems following all building codes, blueprints, instructions, and manuals.
Contribute to the teams performance and capability by providing quality workmanship to maintain and enhance the reliability of units.
Maintain and enhance relationships and communication with both staff and customers.
Work in a safe manner abiding by the company policy.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Current drivers license
Current Australian refrigeration license
Restricted electrical license
Enthusiastic self-starter attitude
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Effective time management skills
Attention to detail & technical problem solving ability
