We have opportunities for Operations Supervisors, Sorters and Operations Support, with both morning and evening schedules available. Whether you’re a transport leader ready to step up, a proven sorter looking for a new challenge, or someone with strong operational experience seeking to grow, we’d love to hear from you.

As part of our frontline team, you’ll help drive strong operational performance, build strong relationships with our delivery partners, and support reliable day-to-day station operations. Positions Available:

PM Operations Supervisor -Full Time

You’ll help establish strong operational foundations at our Sydney depot, support efficient route and loadout processes, and ensure safe and effective daily operations. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will drive success in this role.

Warehouse Support - Full Time

In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with drivers, internal teams, and depot leadership to support daily workflow, keep parcel movement on track, and help ensure smooth operations from load-in to dispatch. Ideal for someone ready to jump in wherever needed to keep things moving.

Package Sorters - Permanent Part Time and Casual

Sorters play a key role in maintaining fast, accurate package flow. You’ll unload trucks, scan and label parcels, and sort freight to route in a fast-paced, supportive environment committed to on-time delivery. Both afternoon and night shift available

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in a transport or logistics role of similar scope.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of safety practices and regulatory requirements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly understand and identify issues and implement solutions.

• Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude with a hands-on, team-oriented work style.
