Yarra Bend Golf, Melbourne’s premier public golf facility, is expanding its team for the busy summer season. We’re seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and service-driven individuals to join us as Customer Service Representatives across our Pro Shop, Café, and Retail areas.
These are Christmas casual positions, with work available from November through to February. For the right candidates, there may be an opportunity to continue employment beyond the busy period.

Are you passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Yarra Bend Golf is seeking friendly and motivated team members to help deliver outstanding experiences to our golfers and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Provide information about our golf course, services, and retail offerings
Operate point-of-sale systems for bookings, retail sales, and café transactions
Recommend and upsell golf and retail products
Assist with café service, coffee preparation, and grab-and-go food offerings
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Pro Shop and Café areas
Previous customer service experience (essential)
Experience in café operations, barista work, or fast-paced food and beverage service (highly desirable)
Energetic, professional attitude and willingness to go the extra mile, striving for a win-win outcome.
Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
Availability to work from November through February, including weekends and public holidays
