Position
An opportunity is now available for a Lead Structural Drafter to join the team.
In this pivotal role, you'll work on residential projects across Brisbane, while also contributing to the firm's expanding portfolio of small commercial developments.
You'll lead a team of talented drafters, oversee quality assurance, and prepare structural documentation for a variety of materials including timber, steel, concrete, and masonry.
This role is ideal for someone with strong drafting experience who enjoys mentoring junior staff, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and is looking to grow with a firm that's on the rise.

Experience Required
- 10+ years of structural drafting experience in the residential sector
- Experience in a lead or senior drafting role
- Strong skills in preparing detailed drawings across a range of materials
- Qualifications in drafting or related field
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities
- A driven, professional mindset with a passion for quality and innovation
