What We're Looking For

For Supervisors & Team Leaders:

• Experience in landscape construction or maintenance

• Commercial landscaping construction experience is highly regarded

• Must have permanent right to work in Australia

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to read plans and manage job progress

• WHS awareness and commitment to safe work practices

• Work ute and trailer provided for travel to and from home

• Current White Card / Construction Induction Card required

• Certificate III in Horticulture / Landscape Construction or equivalent trade qualification preferred

• Must be willing to undergo Police Background Check

• Must have reliable transport and valid driver's licence to reach Lonsdale depot

For Team Members – Experience Preferred:

• Physically fit and reliable

• Some garden/landscape experience preferred

• Willing to work as part of a team

• Driver's licence and own transport required

• Must have reliable transport and valid driver's licence to reach Lonsdale depot

For Apprentices:

• No experience required

• Can-do attitude and motivation to learn

• Willing to complete a horticulture qualification while working

• Reliable, fit, and ready to start your career

• Must have reliable transport and valid driver's licence to reach Lonsdale depot
