Are you an experienced HVAC Commissioning Technician looking for your next opportunity?
We’re currently partnering with several top-tier mechanical contractors in Sydney who are expanding their teams due to a strong pipeline of work across the commercial and industrial sectors.
These are long-term roles offering exposure to high-profile projects, career development, and excellent working conditions.
You’ll be responsible for commissioning, testing, and balancing a range of HVAC systems across multiple project sites.

You’ll be responsible for commissioning, testing, and balancing a range of HVAC systems across multiple project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Commissioning, testing, and balancing of air and hydronic systems
- Fault-finding and fine-tuning HVAC systems to meet design and performance criteria
- Working alongside project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery
- Completing commissioning reports and documentation to required standards
- Supporting project handover and client sign-off
- Commercial office developments and fit-outs
- Hospitals and healthcare facilities
- Data centres and universities
- Industrial and manufacturing sites
- 3+ years’ experience in HVAC commissioning
- Strong understanding of mechanical services systems (air & water)
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple project sites
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Cert 3 Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Rates up to $60ph
- Multiple full-time positions available with leading mechanical contractors
