ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Parts Interpreter at Brighton Auto, you will gain valuable experience in the automotive industry, specializing in parts interpretation and customer service. You will work alongside our expert team and receive comprehensive training to become proficient in the role. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about the automotive field, eager to learn, and dedicated to professional growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Front counter and phone interpretation parts sales.

• Identify the make, model and variation of motor vehicle

• Receipt, dispatch and store parts

• Provide information on spare parts availability and pricing

• Provide support to our Service team 

• Stock level management & restocking processes.

• Assist with technical inquiries both internal & external.

• Pick, pack, unpack and dispatch duties

• Preparation of quotes, purchase orders, and other documentation

• Taking ownership of stock quantities and shelf presentation

• Logging parts used onto the job cards for processing

• Delivering parts to clients when & if required

Our ideal candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:

• A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Enthusiasm for learning and working as part of a team.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software are a plus.

• Ability to handle and move various parts and components (following safety guidelines).

• Positive attitude, a self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic

• Able to work under pressure.

• Team player

• Hold a current driver’s license.
