Carers Victoria is the peak body representing the needs and interests of unpaid carers across Victoria. We’re a for-purpose organisation working to ensure unpaid carers are recognised, supported and connected. We provide advice, respite, education and advocacy.
About the role
As our first Regional Carer Navigator (RCN) in the South West Victoriaregion you’ll help shape our footprint across Warrnambool, Portland, Hamilton and small towns in the catchment. This is an opportunity to build relationships with local partners and expand access to respite activities for unpaid carers.
