As Store Manager at our Mandurah Cafe, you’ll take the lead in a friendly, fast-paced environment where teamwork, positivity, and quality come first. What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be leading by example — guiding, coaching, and inspiring your team to deliver warm, genuine service every day. You’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations, from rostering and ordering to maintaining our famously high presentation and service standards.

But more than that, you’ll create a workplace where your team feels motivated, supported, and proud of what they do. Because at Miami Bakehouse, we believe happy teams make for happy customers.

Who You Are

You’re a natural people leader — someone who lifts others up, stays calm under pressure, and loves creating a welcoming atmosphere.  You may already be managing a cafe or retail store, or perhaps you’re an experienced supervisor ready to take that next step. What matters most is your passion for hospitality, your positive energy, and your drive to make a difference every day.

You’ll need flexibility to work weekends and public holidays — but in return, you’ll have predictable rosters, no split shifts, and a culture that genuinely values your downtime.
