Lifestyle Mobility is a family operated business operating out of two locations in Adelaide
We’re seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our growing team at our Christies Beach showroom.
The Service Technician will provide technical support, service/maintenance work, administration, customer service, warranty assessment, assembly and dispatch of mobility scooters .
This position requires a current unrestricted Drivers Licence, and the willingness to undertake a National Police Check,.

Key Responsibilities
· Deliver excellence in customer service with all clients and suppliers
· Service, repair , diagnose and deliver mobility & healthcare equipment in private homes or at warehouse
· Pick up/deliveries/ boxing for dispatch
· Manage personal tool kit .
· Basic computer skills
· Work within OHS company requirements
· Keep clear and records/photos on data base of work carried out for future customer enquiries any warranty issues that may occur.
· Responsible for the completion of all maintenance/service requests as assigned, on site and at workshop
Essential
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers
· Friendly Manner
· Unrestricted drivers licence
· Maintain a current & satisfactory National Police Check
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Basic computer skills
