ibis Brisbane Airport is part of the Brisbane Airport Hotels Group, which also includes Novotel Brisbane Airport and the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. Together, we offer 532 contemporary guest rooms, 17 modern meeting spaces, and three distinctive dining venues, including the popular Cribb Island Beach Club.

Located on the ground floor of the ibis Brisbane Airport, Cribb Island Beach Club brings a fun, beach-club vibe to every visit. Guests can enjoy delicious cult-classic dishes and refreshing drinks from morning to night in a vibrant, coastal-inspired setting. As our Restaurant & Bar Manager, you’ll lead the way in delivering warm, professional, and memorable experiences for every guest. Day to day, you will:

• Lead from the floor – being a visible, approachable presence during service.

• Manage daily operations across the restaurant, bar, and room service.

• Inspire, mentor, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service every time.

• Drive guest satisfaction by building strong relationships and handling feedback with confidence.

• Oversee costs, stock, and labour to ensure the business runs smoothly and sustainably.

• Partner with other hotel leaders to maintain seamless communication and collaboration.

• Champion our service culture, creating an environment where both guests and team members feel valued.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate, proactive, and polished – a true hospitality professional. You’ll bring:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager (or ready to step up from an Assistant Manager role).

• Strong food and beverage knowledge, especially wine and cocktails.

• A confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate a diverse team.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a calm approach under pressure.

• A professional, well-groomed presentation and a genuine can-do attitude.

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
