About the role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing Manager and wider team across a wide variety of functions.

From project coordination and social media engagement to B2B campaign support, product launches, CRM management and more. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Project Management

• Coordinate the workflow of marketing projects using Asana

• Monitor task delivery and team capacity

• Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure deadlines are met

Product Marketing & Sales Support

• Manage requests for sales and customer service marketing material

• Maintain library of marketing resources with directory for sales and customer service teams.

• Assist with new product release rollouts for our vendor and in-house brands

• Maintain accurate product data across all marketing platforms

CRM & Data Management

• Support data integrity and segmentation in our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)

• Help ensure customer marketing preferences are up to date

• Assist with PIM (Product Information Management) maintenance

Social Media & Digital

• Coordinate and post content across key social channels

• Respond to social media messages and run light-touch campaigns (e.g. competitions)

• Support the execution of email marketing campaigns and automations

About You:

We’re looking for someone with

• 2+ year's experience in a similar marketing role (B2B or product-based a plus)

• A relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or similar field

• Confidence using tools like Asana, Microsoft Dynamics, and social platforms

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A proactive mindset and willingness to collaborate with internal and external teams
