We are seeking a hands-on 2IC and an experienced Foreman to lead residential landscape construction projects from start to finish.
- Softscaping & hardscaping.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress.
- Lead a site team.
- Customer service.
- Balance site leadership with hands-on involvement.
The ideal candidate is a skilled leader with a strong background in landscape construction and a passion for quality results.
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent experience).
- Valid Driver's License and General Construction Induction Card.
- Advantageous: Bobcat, Excavator, and MR Truck licences.
- Strong leadership and team communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

- Salary range of $75K - $100K (depending on experience).
