The Role:
With a successful food and beverage offerings at a picturesque waterside venue, the role will see the bar manager oversee a mix of the bar and floor service across the entire operation and implement the systems for growth and delivery. With a new fit out and future plans to increase patronage, this is a ideal role for a seasoned pro that is looking for growth, opportunity and challenge.
For this role, ideally qualities we seek include:
- Previous hands on experience in an A la carte and Bar/Cocktail environment
- Experience in the creation of cocktails and working knowledge of premium Italian and European spirits
- Sound operational knowledge, ability to develop systems and Procedures for smooth services
- Good knowledge of working to budgets, costing items and reporting on financial
- Are a leader and have the skills to develop and mentor a team in delivery and knowledge
- Have great communication skills in dealing with employees and guests alike
- Experience with Ordering and Stock control as well as supplier agreements
- Are a passionate and driven hospitality professional with career aspirations
