What We're Looking For:
Understanding of traditional pub culture and community hospitality
Commitment to quality service and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
RSA and Food Safety qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
Passion for creating authentic, memorable experiences
Local knowledge of Collingwood/inner Melbourne preferred
