A Grade Electrician - Working Project Supervisor

Based in Tyabb on the Mornington Peninsula, we service a broad range of projects including Commercial, Infrastructure, Residential, and Maintenance contracts across the Mornington Peninsula and Bayside suburbs.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Working Project Supervisor (A-Grade Electrician). This is a supervisory position, and as such, you will be expected to lead by example—providing guidance, support, and oversight to the team. While your primary responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, managing project documentation, and ensuring compliance, you will also be required to actively participate in installations and assist team members on-site where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

• Work collaboratively with other contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

• Organising and coordinating the daily schedule for the team

• Coordinate ordering, receiving, and allocation of materials for assigned

• Completing all required compliance documentation each day for each install and Overseeing the accuracy and completion of documentation by other team members.

• Attend site visits (quotations and site inspections for future jobs)

Requirements

• MUST reside in Australia  with Permanent Residency– this is not a sponsorship role.

• A-Grade Electrical Licence (essential) with current ESV registration.

• Proven experience in project supervision, managing teams.

• Manual Driver’s Licence and White Card.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a professional presentation.

• Highly organised, punctual, and motivated.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
