Role Overview:
Hands-on role operating production machinery and tooling to manufacture high-quality cast products. Must follow strict safety procedures and support daily production targets.

A long-running local manufacturer on the outskirts of Innisfail, operating since 1934 and producing castings in iron, bronze, aluminium and steel. One of the region's major employers with products supplied nationally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate production equipment and tooling
• Follow set processes and quality standards
• Assist with basic mechanical tasks
• Work safely in hot conditions
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace
Requirements
• Experience in manufacturing, trades or construction
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, safety-conscious and team-focused
• Able to work in heat
• Must pass full medical and drug/alcohol testing
Roster 9-Day Fortnight
Week 1: MonThu 7am4pm, Fri 7am3:30pm
Week 2: Mon RDO, TueFri 7am4pm
