Engineering Trades Australia are currently seeking experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Electricians for ongoing project and maintenance work across NSW, including a key project in Broken Hill.
We have multiple roles available for FIFO Electricians, Industrial Electricians, Commercial Electricians and E&I Technicians with strong backgrounds in mining, heavy industry, processing plants, and industrial maintenance.

- Electrical & Instrumentation Electricians (E&I)
- FIFO Electricians — Sydney
- Industrial construction/maintenance, shutdowns, commissioning, and installation roles
- Commercial Construction/maintenance
Key Responsibilities
- E&I maintenance, troubleshooting and installation
- Calibration, testing, loop checks & commissioning
- Industrial electrical fault-finding on motors, drives, pumps & control systems
- Instrumentation diagnostics and repairs
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, P&IDs & schematics
- Working safely in mining or heavy industrial environments
- Australian Trade Qualification – Electrician (Electrical Licence)
- Experience in E&I, instrumentation, industrial electrical, or control systems
- Experience in mining, processing plants, heavy industry or industrial maintenance
- Full Australian working rights
- Strong safety focus and reliability
- Preferred: White Card, Working at Heights, Confined Space, EWP, LVR/CPR
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical & D&A
