The Role

Supervisor / Estimator with strong trade knowledge to step into a role that blends technical expertise, customer service and project coordination. You’ll manage day-to-day repair jobs, support a team of trades, liaise with clients, and maintain strong project flow. The role requires a balance of site supervision, estimation work, and occasional hands-on tasks to ensure repair jobs progress smoothly and meet required standards.

Duties - Inspect property damage and prepare detailed scopes and cost estimates
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors to meet timelines and quality expectations
- Carry out occasional carpentry, plastering or painting repairs when required
- Organise materials and resources to align with job schedules
- Deliver professional, responsive customer service throughout each project
- Use electronic job systems and mobile devices for task allocation and reporting
- Maintain high safety standards and compliance across all worksites
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve operational goals
About You - Full and valid driver’s licence
- Trade qualifications and QBCC licence (supervisor)
- Competency in carpentry, plastering or painting repairs
- Experience working in occupied and vacant residential properties
- Ability to diagnose repair requirements and prioritise workloads
- Exposure to maintenance or insurance repair environments (desirable)
- Experience overseeing or coordinating multi-trade teams (desirable)
- Comfortable using electronic job management or mobile reporting systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional and dedicated to delivering first-class results
- Able to meet deadlines while maintaining a systematic and organised approach
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to adapt to new processes
- Physically capable of performing required tasks, including work at heights or confined spaces
- Strong understanding of construction OH&S requirements
