C&C Painting Group is expanding, and we're looking for a driven, proactive Project Coordinator to become a long-term part of our operations team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Canberra, supporting our Operations Manager and Estimating Team across a diverse range of government, commercial and residential projects.
About the Role
As our Project Coordinator, you'll be central to ensuring projects run smoothly from planning through to final completion. This role goes beyond general administration, you'll be a key contributor to project delivery, compliance management, communication, and operational efficiency.
Your work will help keep our teams prepared, our clients informed, and our projects on track. We're seeking someone who is motivated, reliable and ready to build a long-term career with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue project documentation, including colours, scopes and job details
Coordinate project scheduling and liaise with additional trades where required
Manage and maintain compliance documentation (SWMS, MSDS, licences, certifications, etc.)
Facilitate client, contractor and staff inductions
Support project delivery by maintaining scheduling boards and communicating updates
Oversee O&M manuals, warranty records and post-completion follow-up activities
Assist leadership with general project coordination tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications in project administration, construction management or similar (highly regarded)
Proven experience in project coordination or administration (ideally within construction, painting or related trades)
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Confident with project management, scheduling and digital workflow tools
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Someone committed, dependable and looking for a permanent, long-term role
Australian work rights are required for this position
