The RoleThis is an opportunity to take a leadership position as a Contracts Administrator on significant projects. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate recent and substantial CA experience on complex projects valued at $10 million and above.
We are seeking a solutions-driven leader who is:
Conversant with all current building codes, standards, and methodologies.
Highly motivated by project, team, and company success.
Proactive in problem-solving and adept at conflict management.
Manage the end-to-end procurement and delivery strategy.
Control and process Head Contract and Subcontract variations.
Oversee subcontractor/supplier claims in line with contractual agreements and internal systems.
Drive contract finalisation, including managing defects, manuals, and final variations.
Compile accurate and timely monthly project reports.
To secure this exciting opportunity, you will need:
Proven CA Experience: Minimum 5+ years as a Contracts Administrator with a reputable builder on complex, mixed-sector projects valued at $10M+ (new build/refurbishment experience highly regarded).
Financial Acumen: A track record of preparing cost forecasts, conducting cash flow analysis, and successfully monitoring financial outcomes on major projects.
Qualifications: A Degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying (essential).
Collaboration: Exceptional negotiation skills and a partnership-focused approach when working with subcontractors and stakeholders.
