In this role, you will:

• Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement

About Goodstart Centenary Heights

Are you a passionate and experienced leader in the Early Childhood sector, ready to inspire and make your mark in a brand-new, state-of-the-art centre? • Full-time leadership position, working within the centre's welcoming operating hours of 6am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
• Lead an 80-place, Meeting-rated centre with a strong commitment to quality and community
• Join our newest purpose-built, architecturally designed centre on the corner of Ramsay and Alderley Streets, Centenary Heights
• Work with state-of-the-art facilities and thoughtfully designed learning environments, from nursery through to kindergarten
• Oversee inspiring outdoor play spaces offering nature-based learning, including:
• Dedicated junior play space for our Nursery children
• A vibrant senior play space for Toddlers and Kindergarten with water play, sandpits, sensory paths, yarning circle, and quiet retreat areas

You'll need:

• A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
• Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
• Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
