We are looking for a Hotel Manager to manage our Sanctuary Lakes, Quest Apartment Hotels. We have 44 stylish and comfortable serviced apartments that come with modern laundry and kitchen facilities. Other facilities include an on-site indoor swimming pool and spa, tennis courts, gym and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred.
2 years relevant job experience is highly preferred.
Experience using RMS is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Management and overseeing day to day operations of 44 Apartments at Quest Sanctuary Lakes hotel site. (which includes observing and monitoring Front Desk, housekeeping, and maintenance team performance and making sure that they adhere to Company rules and regulations).
Overseeing guest bookings and enquiries ensuring that guest data and management reporting is processed efficiently and accurately while maintaining proper security standard
Ensuring staff compliance with the Check-in and Check-out procedures.
Resolving guest complaints ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting guest with local tourism information, if required
Ensure high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained
Building and maintaining exceptional relationship with clients and stakeholders
Ensure site compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
Ensure persona land team compliance with motel's policies and procedures relating to: code of conduct, security, safety, food hygiene and customer service standards
Management of financial and marketing reporting
Carrying out audit and daily inspections on the service level being delivered and overseeing purchasing activities
Staff roistering and reporting to payroll
Analysis and business performance and identification of development areas to increase profitability. Pro-actively identify potential guest issues and provide input in the improvement plan
Assisting in the recruitment process
Salary package: $75k - $80k pa, exc. Superannuation. The position includes onsite accommodation ( A Two-Bedroom Townhouse with a on-site car parking).
