We’re looking for passionate Sales Specialists to join one of Australia’s fastest-growing gas and electricity retailers, as an Energy Sales Specialist. The position is a permanent role within our Customer Care department.

While you look after our customers with exceptional sales service, we will look after you with opportunities to grow your skills, participation in process improvement and problem-solving activities, coupled with generous earning potential and employee benefits. This role requires you to work on-site at our Ringwood office, conveniently suited to those living in the eastern suburbs. We value collaboration and believe in providing a supportive in-person work environment to foster creativity innovation and mentoring.

What you will need to succeed:

• Great customer experience – our product sells itself; we want you to be able to sell the best customer experience in the industry.
• Deliver a Red-Carpet service by addressing a diverse array of customer needs via phone all while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements and adhering to our quality assurance framework.
• Proactively contribute towards team and business process enhancements in alignment with GloBird's core values.
• Embody the core values of GloBird, consistently demonstrating We Care, We Act, and We Improve in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Going the extra mile to provide exceptional support to both the team and our valued customers.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an acumen for problem solving.
• Previous sales and call centre experience within the energy sector is preferred.

Key Dates:
