This APS5 Workforce Operations role plays a key part in delivering recruitment and onboarding services across two major divisions. You’ll manage a diverse workload, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure seamless recruitment, onboarding and staffing support from start to finish.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including interview scheduling, reference checks and selection reports
• Provide administrative support across onboarding/offboarding including ICT and building access requests
• Manage confidential data and correspondence across shared mailboxes
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with process improvement in recruitment administration
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
• High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build rapport across functions
• Strong administrative skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
• A proactive and adaptable mindset with a commitment to quality and efficiency
