Kids Club Desired Criteria: We’re looking for passionate individuals who possess: 

• Qualifications: Cert III or Diploma qualified or Early Childhood Teacher or working towards or be willing to enrol.

• Love of Children: A genuine passion for children and dedication to shaping future generations. 

• Regulatory Knowledge or be willing to learn: The Nation Quality Framework, including government regulations, Nation Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework. 

• Innovative Spirit: A drive to help develop, plan and implement an innovative educational program with a commitment to inclusive early childhood practice and social justice. 

• Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, fostering connections with children, parents and peers. 

• Safety Focus: Current Approved Blue Card, along with first aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate.
