Care Manager 6-month Contract – Aged Care | $65-$75ph + Super
Redstone is partnering with a highly regarded aged care provider to recruit an experienced Care Manager (Registered Nurse) to oversee a medium-sized wing within a large, NFP Residential Aged Care Facility.
In this leadership role, you’ll guide and support staff, ensure compliance, and uphold the highest standards of resident care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader to step into a key management role within a 4-star-rated home.

- Manage incidents, escalations, and risk proactively and professionally
- Work closely with the Facility Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
- Minimum 3 years Care Management / Clinical Leadership experience
- Strong operational and decision-making capability
- Excellent communication, problem-solving & conflict resolution skills
- Calm and effective under pressure
