99 Design is a well-established custom cabinetry specialist delivering high-quality projects throughout Noosa and the Sunshine Coast. We are currently seeking a Cabinetry Draftsperson to join our experienced and supportive team.
Your Next Opportunity
This role is ideal for an experienced Draftsperson with solid knowledge in Cabinet Vision. As a Cabinetry Drafter, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting architectural drawings and using Cabinet Vision to create accurate shop drawings for client approval and CNC nesting.
You'll be working closely with our production team, factory, and installation crews to deliver high-quality custom cabinetry solutions across a wide variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed shop drawings, 3D renders, and cutting lists using Cabinet Vision.
Create accurate BOMs and CNC output files for production.
Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.
Revise and update plans according to client feedback or site changes.
Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure delivery timelines.
Ensure designs meet relevant Australian standards, site measurements, and production capacity.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2+ years experience in a cabinet-making drafting role.
Proficient in Cabinet Vision.
Solid understanding of cabinet-making construction methods and materials.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction plans.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of CNC machine integration.
Self-driven and ready to take ownership of drafting.
Trade background in cabinet making or joinery (highly advantageous).
