About the role
This full-time Curtain Manufacturer role at Tech Blinds' in Milperra, NSW offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production and manufacturing of high-quality curtains. As a key member of the Assembly & Process Work team, you will play a vital part in delivering the company's industry-leading products to customers.
What you'll be doing
Cutting, sewing, and assembling curtain materials to precise specifications
Operating industrial sewing machines and other manufacturing equipment with care and efficiency
Performing quality checks to ensure products meet the company's stringent standards
Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and targets
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes
What we're looking for
Previous experience in curtain or textile manufacturing, preferably in a production or assembly role
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines and other manufacturing equipment
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
Commitment to delivering high-quality work and a focus on safety
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
