The Role:
This is a part time position Tuesday - Friday 8:30am to 2:30pm with the ability to do closing (4:30pm) for holiday cover.
This role is office based within a small cohesive team, working from our Bibra Lake office which includes modern facilities and free onsite parking. Added benefit of our office generally being closed between Christmas and New Years.
We are looking for a vibrant, mature, self-motivated, detailed orientated person to join our growing team to ensure the smooth running of our office. This newly created position will support our team members to provide a high quality of service to our customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all front desk duties, telephone calls, emails and general queries
Greeting clients and couriers at the office
Filing and ad hoc duties
Entering invoices using accounting software
Data Entry in our CRM software
Processing customers quotes, orders, invoice, payments and receipts
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Packing of orders for freight collection and managing the bookings for these
Assist with checking in and packing away new stock arrivals
Assisting the Director and Office Manager with daily operations
Keeping a clean working environment
About you:
2+ years’ experience as an office administrator or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
A friendly and professional approach with our clients
Familiarity with office management procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), Emails & PDF’s.
Experience with MYOB and Xero desirable
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
