Aerofast Australia Pty Ltd is a large industrial fastener distribution company, servicing the building and construction industries.
The opportunity
Our growing Brisbane branch is looking for an additional full-time or possibly part-time store person to join our existing hard working, dedicated team. Your duties will have considerable variety. The role is predominantly attending to counter sales, order picking and packing and computer processing of orders and invoices.
What we require
A strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
A trustworthy, reliable, responsible and strong work ethic
You will need to be physically fit as you will be lifting up to 20kg packages
You will need to be well presented, with a professional attitude – you will be dealing with customers
Ability to work both independently and within a small team
Sound computer skills and professional phone manner
White card holder preferable
Must have
FASTENER EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTUCTION INDUSTRY. THIS IS A MUST.
Current Australian driver's license
Strong focus on customer service
Strong communication skills
Main Duties
Attending to counter sales
Attending to phone and email customer enquiries
Computer processing of stock in, orders and invoices
General warehouse duties
Picking and packing stock
Checking packed orders for accuracy
Loading and sealing pallets
Other Duties May Include
Customer deliveries to businesses and construction sites
Delivery of internal stock transfers to business's other sites at Varsity Lakes and Sunshine Coast
Loading product into company vehicles
Maintaining clean fleet vehicles
